Hi! I'm Kelsey Terrones, a certified registered nurse practitioner specializing in family practice. With nearly 9 years of experience, I’ve dedicated myself to providing compassionate care to families in which I’ve found the most joy. I established Harford Direct Care to ensure that patients receive the proper care they rightly deserve. My goal in establishing Harford Direct is to make certain that each patient is provided care that is personalized and unrushed, tailored to the individual's needs, and not dictated by insurance companies. When I'm not working, I cherish spending quality time with my family and indulging in my hobbies, which include reading, crocheting, and spending time with our 2 dogs and 2 cats.

Yolanda Cook
MOBILE PHLEBOTOMIST
Yolanda is an invaluable asset to the Harford Direct Care team. Patients rave about her sunny and friendly demeanor and her exceptional blood drawing (phlebotomy) skills! Most of her patients state “that’s it?! I didn’t even feel it!”. She often is able to successfully draw the blood on even the most challenging, self-proclaimed “tough stick” patients. Yolanda has been a phlebotomist with Quest Diagnostics for many years and recently has started her own mobile phlebotomy company, Premier Mobile Labs.
